I was featured on the cover of the Biopôle Review 2023

I am very happy to be featured on the cover of the Biopôle Review 2023, and in the article “The value of a fresh perspective”. In the article I share how I gradually developed my professional career over time for bridging academia and the industry and how I helped young researchers to do so.

Biopôle is a life sciences campus based in Lausanne, Switzerland, bringing together a strong community of industry and academia. It offers a combination of infrastructure, added value services, living space and community engagement where partners can thrive and bring science to life.

The article highlight the fact that life sciences academics can bring much valued new eyes and skills to the life sciences industry; and the critical role of mentoring in empowering young researchers in Switzerland, facilitating their transition into meaningful careers within the industry.

The review also features two infographics derived from analyses done during my BNF project - "What's in the Pipeline?" and "The StartLab Community in Numbers." These pieces aim to shed light on the vibrant ecosystem at Biopôle and the innovative work being done by our community.
